As a successful entrepreneur, diversity and inclusion expert and nationally acclaimed keynote speaker, her transformative work creates exploratory spaces for leadership to define their roles as inclusive leaders and center the student-athlete experience, while engaging in meaningful dialogue across differences. How I Work
My philosophy is centered on trust and respect, taking a holistic and human-centered approach to closing the gap between thought and action. Diversity and inclusion exists on a continuum and efforts fall short unless student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff feel like they belong. The idea of belonging may seem new but it’s pretty simple: when you allow people to belong, they will bring more of themselves to the space. As an educator, I work to create the conditions for everyone to show up as they are and grow. Let’s start this journey together.

Student-Athlete & Player Development
Centering the experiences of our most valuable and vulnerable allows student-athletes to bring more of themselves to the team. My keynotes and programs teach young people how to champion respect and fully participate.

Effective planning can rapidly de-escalate a tense situation and prioritize healing. My work helps leadership establish clear objectives, identify a response team and develop a communication strategy to deal with a crisis.
